You describe the tasks, the volume and your tools. We build the team from our network in Madagascar, assess their French and train them on your procedures.
Once the engagement is under way, we remain your point of contact: regular check-ins, and a quick adjustment if something needs to change.

04What you pay for, and what you don’t
Building the team and getting started are free of charge. You pay for the service, on a clear monthly basis.
On the tasks you hand off, savings can reach 50% compared with an in-house role, depending on the field and the market.
